• Enquiry details you send through our quote form: your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Photos you choose to attach to an enquiry, for example pictures of the room you would like renovated.
• Website usage information collected by Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details and photos to reply to you, arrange a visit and prepare a quotation. If you become a customer, we use your details to carry out and manage the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Analytics information is used, with your consent, to improve the website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Enquiries are delivered to our business mailbox, hosted by Hostinger. If you accept analytics cookies, Google processes anonymised usage data on our behalf. We may share information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and photos for up to 12 months if you do not become a customer. Customer records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting and warranty purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email info@srp-renovation.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
